120 flats in two towers. Tower A -15 levels- has 60 flats in a 4xfloor layout. Tower B -20 levels- is developed in a 3xfloor scheme.

All spaces, except services, have direct openings. Long views of the cityscape are guaranteed due to an adequate positioning of the towers.

Both towers share a common underground multistoried parking space. The structure is formed by concrete frames and slabs. There are no columns in the cantilevered corners of the towers
