The COZUMEL_nortHResort is a beach development located in the north coast of the Caribbean Cozumel Island in Mexico.
The idea is to provide an existing golf course with a new space for relax and lodging. The complex includes a 190 suites hotel, plus 140 beach apartments...
The project is envisioned as a large scale structure that contains all spaces and services occupying one third of the site... the rest is green space that will integrate with the existing golf course and the beach...
